Located on Sydney's Upper North Shore, the Pymble Town Centre is a village centre that was identified by the State Govement as a location to increase residential and retail due to the close proximity to the rail station. Habitation were invited to undertake an urban design and open space analysis, comunity consultation and prepare a masterplan and detailed planning documents.

Re-development of the existing town centre to accommodate additional retail, residential and public open space.

Habitation were engaged to prepare a preliminary masterplan for a new 25,000 city to the north-west of Adelaide. The site is bounded by the National Highway to Port Pirie and the coast and the Gawler River. 

The new subdivision creates seven new neighbourhood centres and an urban centre surrounded by new lakes and vegetation corridors.
