Habitation was engaged to renovate the existing library courtyard at Randwick Girls High School. Robust exposed aggregate concrete banding was used to visually break-up the paved surface. Deciduous tree plantings were provided to allow light to penetrate the buildings in winter and provide shade to the students in summer. A low maintenance planting palette was developed in consultation with the school.

Habitation was engaged by the Catholic Education Office to prepare a staged landscape masterplan for the renovation of All Saints Senior College's main courtyard. The landscape concept addressed the need for a flexible and hard-wearing play space whilst rectifying existing drainage problems across the site. A series of grass terraces with a network of footpaths were proposed to improve pedestrian access. Groves of flowering gums were provided to allow for adequate shading over the informal seating and gathering spaces below.
