The landscape design includes bands of planting in the Bluescope colours and feature Bottle trees on mounds to mark the entry to the site. A water sensitive site strategy was implemented on this project with irrigation documentation, specification and rainwater tank implementation.

This project involved the sensitive issues of tree removal and water sensitive design. Habitation worked closely with engineers and irrigation experts to create a water strategy for the site and a management plan for the regeneration of endemic vegetation. 

Habitation's landscape masterplan aimed to create an accessible, visually attractive estate for the benefit of businesses and clients. A strategy was developed that located minor and major gateways around the site. These gateways will help to define the boundaries of the estate and have the potential to include highly visible signage and landscape treatments to improve the accessibility of the precinct. The vegetation proposed is predominantly endemic, with strategic tree planting providing summer shade and visual amenity.
